There has been a safeguarding concern raised about Maria, the full details for which you will need to investigate as part of Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiry as per the Care Act 2014 (See Professional Standards for England).

Learning outcomes

The aim of the session is to stretch and develop your skills in Adult Safeguarding enquiry and assessment. You will be provided with referral documentation and information, upon which you are meant to make decisions, recording your reasons as to why.
