After considering this resource, you should be familiar with some of main models of reflection and how you can apply them to your practice.
All reflective practice models incorporate processes for returning to an experience and for thinking about how that experience is shaped by various factors in the context. Generally, they also include some emphasis on the personal factors of the person reflecting. In this resource we set out a number of models of reflective practice.
