At some point on placement or in your career, you may work with service users who do not speak English as their first language. This can require you to work with interpreters to effectively communicate.

- How would you prepare for the nonverbal communication which a service user from an alternative cultural context to your own may exhibit in a meeting? How will you note this nonverbal communication in the meeting?
