As a social worker you will encounter a wide variety of people and circumstances – no two situations will ever be the same. Some of these situations will often be challenging and require careful consideration of they should be handled. In this video, Barbara Bassot – author of The Reflective Journal – discusses how reflective practice, and in particular reflective writing, can be used to help you adapt to each unique situation to deliver the best outcomes possible.
