Reflective Questions

  1. How do you currently take responsibility for your own learning on placement, or at university?
  2. How can a reflective diary help focus on learning opportunities you have identified, or experienced?
  3. What formal training opportunities are there at your agency which you may be able to take advantage of? Talk to your practice educator about this at your next meeting.
  4. Reflect on the types of formal and informal knowledge you might be able to acquire from talking to the people around you on placement. How can both aspects help your development?
